You should NOT book this apartment. It is dirty, old and not worth the money. For the students: The landlord keeps your deposit and doesn't give it back! She tries to charge residents for everything (even if they did not cause any problems!!!) I have to start a litigation in order to have chances to get back the money. There are a lot more points. The landlord tries to cheat the residents in every possible way. In Troyes it is very easy to find apartments. So just to earn you... Do not book this apartment!!!
I have bad experiences with this place of living .Communication with landlady was horrible,she is ignoring emails . After I came to bunker the flat was dirty and half of the equpment is not working. In the apartment you will commonly meet mouse in the living room or kitchen. After I left place I didnt receive anything from my deposit even not email from landlady why she took my money.I would never recommend it to anyone. In comparison with other place for living in Troyes this flat should be for free. As you can see in conversation below she is not replying on email but our landlady is able to reply here very quickly . The bed was broken from begining but I had no check in so I couldn’t do anything . I came into nasty place so we left apartment very clean in comparison when I arrived . When I had check out it was told to me that to fix bed is very cheap and it’s not needed to buy a new one but quite funny that landlady is not even able to take critics and trying to fight for insane lies .
